By downloading or using IndiDiet you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app

IndiDiet is a free meal-planning tool. It suggests meal plans, portion sizes, prep steps and shopping quantities based on the targets and preferences you enter. It runs on your device and needs no account.

Not medical advice. Calorie targets, macro figures and nutrition values are estimates for general wellness and meal planning. They are not a diagnosis, treatment or substitute for advice from a doctor or registered dietitian. Check with a professional before making major diet changes, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18.

Allergies and food safety

Allergy and ingredient filters reduce matching dishes but cannot guarantee a recipe is free of an allergen. Always check ingredients and labels yourself. Follow safe food handling, storage and reheating practices; fridge and freezer notes in the app are general guidance.

Acceptable use

Use the app for personal, non-commercial meal planning. Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its recipe content except as the law allows.

Your data

Everything you enter stays on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device and any backups of it. Uninstalling the app or using Reset all data deletes your data permanently.

App store terms

If you got IndiDiet from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be error-free, always available or that its estimates are accurate for you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the app, including health outcomes, food reactions or lost data.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. When the terms change we'll update this page and its effective date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
