Privacy Policy

Effective 17 October 2026 · App: IndiDiet: Indian Meal Prep (com.indidiet.planner)

IndiDiet is a meal-prep planner that works entirely on your device. We do not run servers for the app, and we do not collect, receive, sell or share any of your personal data.

What the app stores

To work, the app saves the following only on your device, in the app's private storage:

• Body stats you choose to enter (age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goal) and the macro targets calculated from them
• Your meal plans, saved plans, meals you mark as eaten, and prep/shopping checklist progress
• Preferences such as diet type, spice level, allergies and number of people

This information never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to us or to any third party.

What we do not do

• No account or sign-in
• No analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs
• No location, contacts, camera, microphone or other device permissions
• No network requests from the app

Sharing

If you tap Share plan or Share list, the app opens your device's standard share sheet with a text copy of that plan or list. You choose where it goes; we do not receive it.

Deleting your data

Use You → Reset all data in the app, or uninstall the app. Either removes everything the app has stored. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing further to request from us.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

Health information

Nutrition figures and calorie targets are estimates for general wellness and meal planning. They are not medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making major changes to your diet.

This website

This site has no cookies, analytics or forms. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of a normal web request. Our host may keep standard server logs.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
